Gretchen is the founder and owner of TruForm Pilates. She is an NCPT® Certified Pilates Teacher.
Gretchen is comprehensively certified through Power Pilates (2016) and achieved her NCPT® certification in 2018. Gretchen is a second-generation Pilates instructor having completed an intensive 160-hour Pilates Master and Mentorship program with Lolita San Miguel, one of only two instructors certified by Joseph Pilates.
In 2021, Gretchen was one of ten instructors worldwide selected for Kathi Ross-Nash’s Professional Pilates Advanced Teacher Training Program (PPATT). This prestigious program focuses on the intricate connections between Pilates exercises and the Pilates Method's application. PPATT equips instructors with the skills to tailor workouts to individual needs, fostering balance in strength in their clients.
Gretchen has the privilege of working closely with Michael Fritzke, a direct apprentice of Romana Kryzanowska. Learning firsthand from one of the last individuals to undergo a traditional apprenticeship with one of Pilates' foremost proteges. Gretchen gains invaluable insights into the authentic essence of the Pilates Method.
Despite her busy schedule as an accounting consultant, Gretchen remains committed to her Pilates practice and her clients. Outside of work, she cherishes moment spent with her husband and beloved French Bulldogs, finding joy and inspiration in their companionship.
Beth has been teaching Pilates for 6 years. She is fully Certified in all apparatus and trained thru Real Pilates in NYC, a Classical 600+ Hour Program, with an elite 2nd generation teacher from Joseph Pilates, Alycea Ungaro. Her programs' lineage stems from Romana Kryzanowska. Beth is also Pre and Post Natal Certified and loves working with expecting and new moms.
Beth discovered Pilates while at her Advertising Sales job in Manhattan - took a session and fell in love and then when Pilates rehabilitated her from a hamstring injury she was hooked.
Outside of her passion for Pilates she loves functional fitness, nature and exploring all the Southwest has to offer. Beth is warm and friendly and likes to push students of all levels to their potential in a fun approachable way.
Bonnie Grove is an NCPT® Certified Pilates Teacher with a rich background in training and certification. As a Senior Teacher certified by Power Pilates, Bonnie has dedicated ten years to teaching and mentoring aspiring instructors. Her expertise spans a variety of mat and comprehensive training programs, along with a range of continuing education workshops. Bonnie's influence extends across the East Coast—from Maryland to New York—and internationally, having trained teachers in Seoul, South Korea.
In 2018, Bonnie completed the LEAP (Leading Education Advancement Program) with Bob Liekens and is now a certified Teacher Trainer for The Pilates Standard (TPS). She actively contributes to the Pilates community by leading continuing education workshops both virtually and in person at the TPS Annual Conference across Europe.
Currently residing in Mesa, Arizona, Bonnie teaches virtual private, semi-private, and group classes, bringing a keen eye for detail, precision, and a nurturing, positive approach to her students. Outside of Pilates, she enjoys exploring the stunning landscapes of the Sonoran Desert through hiking.
Taylor is a highly skilled Power Pilates instructor with over 800 hours of comprehensive and classical training. Her passion for Pilates ignited during her first experience on a reformer, where she discovered newfound body awareness and coordination. Prior to Pilates, Taylor explored numerous fitness methods, but none matched the transformative results she experienced with Pilates.
After several years of dedicated practice, Taylor pursued her dream of becoming an instructor. She completed an extensive certification through Power Pilates and has since specialized in training athletes, ranging from high school competitors to professionals. Taylor also has extensive experience working with clients dealing with various injuries and special needs, witnessing remarkable success and healing in herself and her clients.
Taylor's dedication to the classical principles of Pilates fuels her desire to share its benefits with the world, offering a holistic approach to fitness and well-being.
