If you are new to Pilates or new to TruForm Pilates, we recommend beginning with a private session before joining group Pilates classes.


This allows us to assess your movement patterns, introduce the Pilates apparatus, and ensure you feel confident before entering a group setting.


Once established, you can easily transition into our group class schedule.
