Clear studio policies help us maintain a focused, respectful, and supportive environment for every client.
These guidelines ensure that every session runs smoothly and that each client receives the highest level of Classical Pilates instruction.
Consistent scheduling supports better results
All Pilates sessions at TruForm Pilates are scheduled in advance to ensure availability and maintain a focused studio environment.
Private, semi-private, and group sessions must be reserved prior to attendance. This allows each session to remain intentional, structured, and fully supported by your instructor.
Building a strong foundation before group participation
New clients who are new to Pilates are encouraged to begin with private sessions before joining group Pilates classes.
This allows us to introduce proper technique, understand movement patterns, and ensure a safe and effective progression into the Classical Pilates system.
Once a foundation is established, clients are welcome to transition into group classes with confidence and control.
Respecting time, space, and instruction
We understand that schedules can change.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Sessions canceled within 24 hours may be charged in full, as that time has been reserved specifically for you.
No-shows are considered a completed session.
Arriving prepared helps you get the most from your session
Sessions begin and end on time to respect both clients and instructors.
We recommend arriving a few minutes early to settle in and prepare. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time to ensure other appointments remain on schedule.
Simple, flexible options designed to support consistent practice
Session packages are available for clients who want to maintain consistency and continue progressing through Classical Pilates over time. Packages are designed to encourage regular training and better long-term results.
All packages at TruForm Pilates expire 12 weeks from the date of purchase. This timeframe is intended to support consistent attendance and steady progress within your Pilates practice.
Payment can be made using credit card, Venmo, or Zelle. Credit card payments include a small processing fee that is added at checkout.
If you are unsure which package is the best fit for your goals, we are always happy to help guide you toward the right option.
Supporting safe and mindful movement
Please inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or physical considerations before your session.
Modifications can be provided when needed to support safe and effective movement.
If you are currently under medical care, please follow your physician’s guidance before beginning Pilates training.
A calm and respectful space for focused movement
TruForm Pilates is designed to be a quiet, focused, and welcoming environment.
We ask that mobile devices remain silent and that all clients respect scheduled session times and shared studio space.
This helps maintain a calm atmosphere where clients can fully focus on their movement practice.
